Before you can log in and open an application, you must define server connections:

On the Logon page, click
in Server Address to add the URL of the server to connect to. The Manage Connections window displays.

Enter the server URL and a description.

Click Add to include the server in the list of Available Connections.

In Available Connections, select the server and click OK.
